Prova Racing Membership Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of Prova Racing, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation and access to the Prova Racing platform, products, and services. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Duration and Commitment

• All memberships are valid for a 12-month term from the date of activation.
• Early cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to media@provaracing.com.
• Memberships cannot be paused, deferred, or transferred to another individual or party without prior written consent from Prova Racing management.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our cancellation policy.

2. Safe Space & Conduct Policy

• Prova Racing is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly platform. We welcome members of all ages, including junior members (under 18).
• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, trolling, or any form of abusive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member found violating these principles, without refund or warning.
• All members must conduct themselves professionally in online and offline spaces associated with Prova Racing.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of the Prova Racing platform unless required by law.
• All data you provide is used solely to support your profile, membership experience, promotional opportunities, and internal communications.
• By becoming a member, you consent to the use of your submitted images and profile content for the purpose of Prova Racing promotions, unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Exclusive Platform Features

As a member, you receive access to a wide range of exclusive features designed to support your racing journey and personal brand:

• A fully customisable Prova Racing profile, including media uploads, biography, and contact integration.
• Connection tools to attract sponsors, collaborators, and investors.
• Access to the Prova Merch Store with exclusive member discounts.
• Provision of long-lease QR codes and NFC tokens to share your digital racing identity.
• Eligibility for participation in Prova campaigns, interviews, social promotions, and sponsor visibility efforts.

5. Promotional Offers and Free Items

• All discount codes, coupons, or complimentary merchandise are released only after 3 consecutive months of active membership.
• This policy ensures fairness and sustainability, preventing misuse of short-term signups.
• Physical items such as merchandise may require confirmation of address and delivery preferences.

6. Member Responsibilities

• It is the member’s responsibility to keep their profile accurate, current, and appropriate for public viewing.
• Any content uploaded must be original, appropriate, and owned by the member. Offensive, illegal, or misleading content is not permitted.
• Members must not impersonate others or submit false information.
• Failure to comply with these expectations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Modification and Termination

• Prova Racing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any updates via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of your membership after updates to the terms indicates acceptance of the new policy.
• Prova Racing reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at its discretion in the event of a breach of these terms.

8. Communication and Support

• Official membership communications will be sent via email or published on the platform.
• Support enquiries should be directed to media@provaracing.com.
• Response times may vary, but we aim to reply to all membership-related enquiries within 3–5 working days.
